License
You get a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the film to market that listing on any website, listing service, social post, or presentation. You may not resell the film, use it for a different property, or remove attribution from the preview.
Blynk Studio keeps ownership of the 3D model and the film. We show a film publicly only when the buyer allows it at checkout.
How the film is made
This video is a 3D model of the home that we built from the listing photos, then filmed with a virtual camera. Room sizes, colors, and details are close, not exact. It's a preview, not a survey or an inspection. The photos stay yours; we only used them as a reference.
By asking for a film you confirm you are the listing agent or have permission to use the listing photos as a reference. We never publish the photos themselves.
Refunds and changes
Reply to your delivery email within 7 days if something is wrong. A person will fix the film or refund you in full. No forms, no waiting on a bot.
Taking a preview down
Every preview page has a remove link. Using it takes the page down at once and stops all email about that address. You can also write to [email protected].
If we emailed you about a listing, it is because you are shown as its agent. Every such email has a one-click stop link, and we honor it immediately.
