This Privacy Policy explains how Blynk Studio collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, request a snapshot, create an account, connect third-party services, use the dashboard, receive communications, or otherwise interact with Blynk Studio.

Blynk Studio is built for business use. It is not directed to children under 13.

Account information may include your name, email address, business name, role, login information, membership records, communication preferences, and support or feedback messages.

Business information may include business name, address, phone number, website, market, competitors, keywords, public profiles, review information, billing status, dashboard activity, and settings.

Product data may include snapshot results, pipeline artifacts, reports, review-response drafts, recommendations, data-source health, AI-generated summaries, and dashboard records created while providing the service.

Billing information is processed through Stripe or another billing provider. Blynk Studio stores billing identifiers, plan status, invoice references, subscription status, and related account records, but does not store full payment card numbers.

Technical information may include device, browser, IP address, pages visited, referring page, timestamps, cookies, analytics events, and logs used for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

If you choose to connect Google, Blynk Studio requests read-only access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console data for the properties you select. We use this access to show how people find your business on Google, which pages are working, which search queries bring visitors, and which opportunities need attention.

Google Analytics data may include property and account metadata, organic traffic, acquisition channels, landing pages, sessions, users, key events or conversions when configured, and date ranges needed to produce owner-facing performance insights.

Google Search Console data may include site property metadata, search queries, landing pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and date ranges needed to show real Google search performance.

Blynk Studio stores encrypted Google refresh tokens so the service can update connected Google data without asking you to reconnect every day. Access tokens are short-lived. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are not included in customer data exports.

You can disconnect Google access in dashboard settings. You may also revoke Blynk Studio access from your Google account. After disconnect or revocation, Blynk Studio stops future Google data syncs. Historical dashboard records may remain until deleted under our retention practices or through a deletion request.

Blynk Studio uses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing Blynk Studio features that are visible in the product, such as Google Performance, Website Intelligence, briefings, setup states, data-source health, and owner-facing recommendations.

Blynk Studio does not sell Google user data. Blynk Studio does not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or third parties for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.

Blynk Studio does not allow humans to read Google user data except when needed to operate or support the service with your permission, investigate security or abuse issues, comply with law, or use aggregated/internal operational data under applicable privacy requirements.

Blynk Studio requests only the Google permissions needed for the features being provided. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and, where required, ask users to consent before using the data in a new way.

We use information to provide the service, generate snapshots and reports, show dashboard insights, monitor connected data sources, draft owner-facing recommendations, process billing, maintain account controls, respond to support requests, send service communications, protect the service, and improve product quality.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve reliability, and develop new features. We do not use connected Google data for advertising or resale.

Blynk Studio may use AI systems to draft review replies, translate raw data into plain-English insights, summarize reports, classify source states, or generate recommendations. AI-generated communication is disclosed where it appears in the product.

We send only the information needed for the requested feature. We design AI-assisted features to support owner decisions, not to replace human review of customer-facing, legal, medical, financial, or regulated communications.

We share information with service providers that help us run Blynk Studio, such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, billing, email, analytics, security, AI, voice, and operational infrastructure providers.

Service providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Blynk Studio, protect systems, or comply with law. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable requirements.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, protect against abuse, and improve product reliability.

You can request deletion of product data from dashboard settings. We may retain billing, tax, security, legal, or backup records where required or reasonably necessary. Connected Google access can be disconnected without deleting all historical dashboard records.

You can update account settings, notification preferences, connected Google access, billing controls, and data ownership requests from the dashboard where available.

You can request a dashboard data export. You can request deletion of product data. You can disconnect Google access from Blynk Studio settings or revoke access from your Google account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to exercise rights that are not available directly in the product.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. These safeguards include encrypted transport, role-based access, service-provider controls, and encrypted storage for sensitive connected-account tokens.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

Blynk Studio may use cookies, local storage, analytics tags, and similar technologies to keep the site and dashboard working, remember settings, measure usage, improve performance, and protect against abuse.

Some third-party providers may set cookies or receive technical information when their services are used on our site. Browser settings may let you limit or block some cookies, but parts of the service may not work correctly without them.

Blynk Studio is operated from the United States and may use service providers in the United States or other countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in locations with privacy laws different from where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, law, or our practices change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users. The updated policy will show the latest effective date.
