Studio concept

It's still only a plan.

How a film gets made.

Most real estate video needs good weather and a day on site. We start with what you already have.

  1. Send what you have.

Plans, photos, or a phone video of the site. A rough idea is fine.

  2. Approve the story.

We send a short plan with the scenes, the words, and the length. You say yes or ask for changes.

  3. Get your film.

A full film, a vertical cut for phones, and a short loop for your pages.

Questions.

How much does real estate video production cost?

It depends on how long the film is and how much we build. We send a quote before any work starts.

What is a studio concept?

A studio concept is a film we made to show our work. The place is made up. No real address, builder, or architect is behind it.

Can you make a film before the place is built?

Yes. We work from plans, drawings, and photos of the site. Our film Nothing here yet shows a building that is still a drawing.

What do you need from me?

Plans, photos, or a phone video of the place. Tell us who the film is for and where you will post it.

How long is a film?

Most films run 30 to 45 seconds. You also get a vertical cut for phones and a short loop.
